  • You must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.

3. Membership and Subscription

3.1 Membership Plans

Bodhial offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly membership — billed every 30 days from the date of sign-up

  • Annual membership — billed once per year at the applicable annual rate

Current pricing is displayed on the Bodhial website at the time of registration and is subject to change in accordance with clause 3.6.

3.2 Payment on Sign-Up

Payment is required in full immediately upon registration. There is no free trial period. Your membership and platform access are activated upon successful payment confirmation from Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorise Bodhial to instruct Stripe, our payment processor, to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen plan. Stripe’s own terms of service apply to the processing of your payment data.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your membership auto-renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges are taken automatically from your payment method on file.

For annual memberships, Bodhial will send a renewal reminder by email no less than 14 days before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel in good time if you do not wish to renew.

3.4 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to member benefits until that date. Bodhial does not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except as required by applicable law.

3.5 Refunds

As a B2B platform providing immediate access to digital content and services upon payment, Bodhial does not offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing period has commenced. If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact concierge@bodhial.com within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.

3.6 Price Changes

Bodhial reserves the right to amend membership pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive a minimum of 30 days’ written notice before any price increase takes effect on renewal. Continued use of the platform following a price change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing. If you do not accept a price increase, you may cancel your membership before the new price takes effect.

4. Member Conduct and Platform Use

By publishing content on the platform, you grant Bodhial a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use that content for the purpose of operating the platform and promoting Bodhial’s services to prospective members. This licence terminates when you remove the relevant content or when your membership ends, whichever is earlier.

6.3 Cancellations by Members

Specific cancellation terms for individual courses and events will be stated at the point of purchase. Where no specific policy is stated: cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund; cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

7. E-Commerce (Future)

Bodhial intends to introduce an e-commerce facility in due course. When this feature is launched, additional terms governing purchases, returns, delivery, and consumer rights will be published and will form part of these Terms. Members will be notified in advance of the launch and the applicable terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Bodhial provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the platform’s uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

  • Bodhial is not responsible for the professional conduct, qualifications, services, or representations of any member.

  • Bodhial is not liable for any loss or damage arising from commercial arrangements, communications, or transactions entered into between members or between members and third parties.

  • Bodhial’s total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by that member in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Bodhial’s liability for: death or personal injury caused by Bodhial’s negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your membership at any time by cancelling through your account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See clause 3.4 for the full effect of cancellation.

9.2 Suspension or Termination by Bodhial

Bodhial reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately and without prior notice if you:

  • Breach any material provision of these Terms

  • Provide false or materially misleading information during registration or on your profile

  • Engage in conduct that is damaging to Bodhial, its reputation, other members, or the wider community

  • Fail to pay any subscription fees when due

  • Use the platform in a manner that is unlawful or that exposes Bodhial to legal liability

On termination, your profile and associated content will be removed from the platform. Bodhial will retain data as required by its Privacy Policy and applicable law. No refund will be issued for the remaining period of a prepaid subscription where termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your membership before the effective date without penalty for the change itself.

12. General Provisions

  • Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  • Waiver — Bodhial’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right on future occasions.

  • Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Bodhial Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to individual products or events, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bodhial in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements.

  • Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your membership or any rights or obligations under these Terms without Bodhial’s prior written consent. Bodhial may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a business transfer or restructure.
