Our CRM System
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage communications with prospective members and general enquiries. If you submit a form on this site — such as an expression of interest, a contact enquiry, or a request for information about membership — your details are passed securely to Brevo, which handles the delivery of any follow-up emails. Brevo may set functional cookies on your device when you interact with a form on this site. These cookies are only placed with your consent via our cookie banner. Once you become a Bodhial member, all ongoing communications are handled within the Circle platform. We do not use Brevo to share your data with third parties or for advertising purposes. You can unsubscribe from any Brevo-delivered emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Our Member Community Platform
The Bodhial community platform is hosted at a separate Circle domain (community.bodhial.com). When you access that platform directly, Circle's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply. Cookies set within the Circle platform are governed by Circle's cookie policy, not this one.

We do not use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or any advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
Future Changes
