Three Founders. Three friends.

BODHIAL FOUNDERS

We believe expertise in your craft deserves to be matched by confidence in your business and yourself. And that no founder should have to build alone.

All three of us have built businesses from the ground up and become top in our field with loyal clientele. We love a P&L but we love people more.

Bodhial was born from a huge gap Charlie saw in her industry, and a shared vision to support independent beauty and wellness professionals who’ve never been taught the business side of the industry they love.

Three years of refining our strategy, combining our complementary skills and, along the way, becoming close friends as well as co-founders, brought that vision to life.

CO-FOUNDER | MANAGING DIRECTOR

Charlie McCorry

I'm a beauty therapist at heart, entrepreneur by passion and believer that people always come first.

Over the last 25+ years I've been lucky enough to build a career I could never have imagined. From launching the UK's first mobile beauty company and later selling it, to earning a Royal Warrant, mentoring more than 22,000 beauty professionals, leading global businesses, and working alongside incredible brands, celebrities and Royal families. It's been an amazing journey, but none of those milestones mean as much to me as the people I've met along the way.

I've learnt that success isn't just about building a great business, it's about building a life you love, surrounding yourself with the right people and never losing sight of why you started.

That's why we created Bodhial.

A place where we can learn, grow, support one another and remind ourselves that we don't have to do this journey alone.

CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR OF BRAND

Juliet Street

For over 30 years I’ve helped CEOs and Founders build businesses and brands that stand out from the crowd and are genuinely magnetic.

I dreamt of becoming a graphic designer as a little girl growing up in Africa, moved to Australia in my teens (hence the accent), and turned that dream into reality at 20. I went on to build my own branding and marketing agency, growing a talented team and loyal clients across almost every industry. Twenty years later, burnout forced me to rethink what success really meant. It became one of my greatest business lessons, and the fire starter for a whole new chapter. My gap year in the UK became a gap life!

Today, I combine business and brand strategy with personal development mentoring to help experts build businesses and lives they love. And I run retreats on tropical islands!

Bodhial is where I get to channel all those years of learnings (the good, the bad and the ugly) into helping our Tribe build enjoyable and profitable businesses.

CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Mark Harrop

I’ve spent more than 25 years working across fitness, health, technology and business. I founded Eqvvs Training in Knightsbridge and was a client consultant on the design and build of a Games-time training venue for the London 2012 Olympics — including what was, at the time, the largest indoor sports hall in the UK.

Alongside all that, I’ve never stopped being a personal trainer. I still have private clients, some of whom I’ve worked with for 27 years.

Charlie and I have known each other for 15 years, since she started Urban Retreat at Home for Harrods. We’ve collaborated with shared clients and always had very different but complementary skill sets. I run towards all the things Charlie runs away from — systems, technology, operations, processes and the detail of how everything actually works. I don’t just love the mechanics of the body, I love the mechanics of business.

I bring all of that to Bodhial. Combining the operational rigour that comes from working in elite sport and complex environments with an understanding of what it actually means to build a service business around long-term relationships with clients.

OUR PROMISE TO OUR TRIBE

To create a community where you feel seen, supported and inspired. A place where your wellbeing is just as important as your business goals. Where kindness comes before competition. Where you never have to build your dream alone.
